Among other things, Guy writes that one needs to be likable on Facebook. What he means is you should not post things that might not enhance a “likeable” image. I have always been in agreement with that. After all perception is reality.
He goes on to include nine other things but the ones that stand out to me are being trustworthy and having gratitude.
I agree! To be trustworthy as a business that is trying to sell something, whether it’s a product or service, if a person does not trust you your chances are slim.
Regarding showing gratitude; I’m a firm believer in showing gratitude. Guy points out that you should always be showing gratitude when someone uses a service or does something for you.
